Welcome to Manifest Daily! These Terms of Service govern your use of the Manifest Daily application and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. User Content

You retain all rights to the journal entries, vision board assets, and messages you create in the app. However, by using the public Soul Tribe features, you grant us permission to display that content to other users within your network.

3. Stepasaurus and Virtual Goods

Manifest Daily includes virtual goods (Coins, Accessories) that can be earned through walking or purchased. These virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Health Data Disclaimer

While Manifest Daily encourages walking and wellness, we are not a medical application. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any strenuous exercise program.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service (e.g., posting abusive content in the Soul Tribe).
