Daily Manifestly ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Daily Manifestly (the "App").

• User Content: Journal entries, affirmations, goals, mood logs, and any other text or images you voluntarily create or upload within the App. This content is stored to provide the core functionality of the App.
• Payment Information: All payments for subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your full credit card details. We may receive transaction receipts and your purchase history from the app store.

b. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA or Android ID), and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Features you use, time spent in the App, journal entries count, session frequency, and crash logs.
• Approximate Location: General location derived from IP address (not precise GPS unless you grant permission).

c. Information from Third Parties

If you sign in via Apple, Google, or another social login, we receive your email address and public profile information as permitted by that service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s functionality (e.g., saving your journal entries, delivering daily affirmations).
• Process subscription payments through the app store.
• Send you service-related communications (e.g., account verification, subscription reminders, feature updates). You may opt out of marketing emails.

We do not sell your personal information or User Content to third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We will never share your journal entries or personal reflections for advertising or research without your explicit consent.

3a. AI Features & Third-Party Data Sharing

Daily Manifestly includes AI-powered features that send specific user data to third-party AI service providers to generate responses and images. The app requests your explicit consent before any data is shared with these services. Below is a detailed breakdown:

AI Coach (Chat)

• Data sent: Your chat messages and conversation history within the AI Coach feature.
• Sent to: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
• Purpose: To generate personalized coaching responses.

Today's Intention

• Data sent: Your journal responses (short-term goals, long-term goals, and personal affirmations).
• Sent to: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
• Purpose: To generate a personalized daily intention statement.

Manifest with AI (Image Generation)

• Data sent: Your image generation prompt text.
• Sent to: OpenAI, L.L.C. via the DALL·E API.
• Purpose: To generate vision board images based on your prompt.

Dream Journal (AI Interpretation)

• Data sent: Your dream descriptions and manifestation goals.
• Sent to: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
• Purpose: To provide a symbolic interpretation of your dream in relation to your goals.

Insights & Analytics

• Data sent: Your journal entries, mood data, and habit completion history.
• Sent to: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
• Purpose: To analyze patterns in your journaling, generate personalized affirmation cards, and provide actionable insights.

Monthly Report

• Data sent: Your manifestation entries and consistency data for the current month.
• Sent to: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
• Purpose: To generate a personalized monthly summary with progress assessment and suggestions.

Stepasaurus Chat (Pet Companion)

• Data sent: Your pet's name, mood, step count, activity data, and streak information.
• Sent to: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
• Purpose: To generate in-character speech bubbles for your virtual pet companion.

Soul Tribe AI (Social Feed)

• Data sent: Your affirmation prompt text and manifestation goals.
• Sent to: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
• Purpose: To generate personalized affirmations for social sharing in the community feed.

Subliminal Affirmations

• Data sent: Your selected category and manifestation goals.
• Sent to: Google LLC via the Gemini API.
• Purpose: To generate personalized subliminal affirmation text for audio playback during meditation sessions.

Important Safeguards

• Consent required: The app presents a dedicated consent screen before any AI feature can be used. You must explicitly agree before any data is transmitted. The consent screen clearly identifies what data is sent, who it is sent to, and the purpose of each AI feature.
• No AI training: Your data is used solely to generate responses and images. It is never used to train AI models by Google or OpenAI.
• Revocable: You can revoke your consent at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security > AI Data Sharing. Revoking consent will immediately disable all AI-powered features and prevent any further data transmission to third-party services.
• Third-party protections: Both Google and OpenAI maintain privacy policies and data processing agreements that provide protections equivalent to or greater than those described in this Privacy Policy.
• Data minimization: Only the minimum data necessary for each specific feature is sent. No unnecessary personal information is included in AI requests.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and journal entries within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or tax purposes (e.g., subscription transaction records may be kept for 7 years).

5. Security

We implement industry-standard measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR for Europe, CCPA for California), you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction: Update inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to exceptions).
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured format.
• Opt-out of Sale: We do not sell data, so no action needed.
